Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free initial consultation

Our initial consultation and eligibility assessment is free of charge. There is nothing to refund for this stage, as no payment is collected.

2. Service fees (if applicable)

If a service or facilitation fee applies to your case, it will be communicated to you clearly and in writing before you agree to proceed — we do not charge fees without your prior consent.

• If you cancel your request before we begin work on your application, any fee paid will be refunded in full.
• If you cancel after we have already submitted your application to a partner lender on your behalf, a partial refund may apply, reflecting work already completed. The exact amount will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
• Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days of approval, to the original payment method.

3. Lender fees are separate and non-refundable by us

Processing fees, documentation charges, or any other fees charged directly by the partner bank or NBFC are governed by that lender's own policy and are not controlled or refunded by Apex Innovation Solution. Please check the specific lender's terms before proceeding with your application.

4. How to request a cancellation or refund

To cancel an ongoing enquiry or request a refund, contact us at info@apexfinanceindia.com or +91 98765 43210, along with your name and mobile number used at the time of enquiry.
